Terms & Conditions for 393bat

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the 393bat platform ("393bat", "we", "us", "our") accessible at https://393bat.cam and any associated mobile interfaces or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing any section of the Platform or placing any wager or casino stake, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on 393bat, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

5. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for violation of these Terms.
6. The funds deposited into your Account originate from a legitimate, lawful source and are not proceeds of criminal activity.

4.1  Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances withheld pending investigation.

4.2  During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. 393bat reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at registration at any subsequent time. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.3  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 393bat shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.4  If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 393bat support immediately via live chat or at the support email address provided on this Platform.

5.1  393bat is required to carry out identity verification checks in accordance with the operator's compliance obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed and may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration.

5.2  Documents you may be required to provide include, but are not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within three months, and — where relevant — documentation evidencing the source of funds.

5.3  393bat reserves the right to temporarily restrict Account functionality, including the ability to place wagers or request withdrawals, pending completion of satisfactory KYC review.

5.4  All documents submitted for KYC are processed and stored in accordance with the 393bat Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy.

6.1  Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in PKR. The specific payment methods available are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may change without prior notice. Users should verify available methods directly in the cashier at the time of deposit.

6.2  Payment method references on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for user familiarity only. 7.1  Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for amounts held as real-money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

7.2  All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where KYC documents have not been provided or accepted, withdrawal processing will be suspended until compliance requirements are met.

7.3  Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to that method's availability for outgoing payments. Processing times are estimates only and depend on the payment provider's own processing schedule.

7.4  393bat reserves the right to delay, suspend or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or any other compliance concern. In such cases, 393bat may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

7.5  Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. Any withdrawal request falling below the minimum may be declined or held until the balance reaches the threshold.

8.1  From time to time 393bat may make bonus offers, promotional credits or free bet allocations available to eligible Users. Each individual promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer.

8.2  Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable Balance is permitted. Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible markets and expiry periods are detailed in each offer's individual terms.

8.3  393bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time, including the right to disqualify a User from a promotion where abuse, fraudulent activity or breach of the offer's specific terms is suspected.

8.4  Bonus figures presented on this Platform — including illustrative examples such as birthday rewards (e.g., PKR 2,000 / PKR 5,000 / PKR 10,000) or referral credits (e.g., PKR 1,000) — are illustrative only unless explicitly confirmed as live offers with accompanying individual terms. The existence of such illustrative figures does not constitute a binding offer.

9.1  All wagers placed on 393bat are final once confirmed. Users should review the bet slip carefully before confirmation. 393bat does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except in circumstances where the Platform has determined a manifest error has occurred.

9.2  In the event of a manifest pricing error — including a clearly incorrect odds display arising from a technical fault — 393bat reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the user's Account Balance. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not payable.

9.3  Event settlement is carried out in accordance with the published rules for each sport or game type. For cricket markets (including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series), settlement follows the applicable competition's official result. In-play markets settle on the result at the time the market was closed, unless stated otherwise.

9.4  Maximum win limits per bet, per event and per day may apply and are shown in the relevant market or sport rules section of the Platform. 393bat reserves the right to apply individual account maximum bet limits where warranted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating more than one Account, or using another person's Account credentials.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or exploit Platform functionality.
• Engaging in coordinated or syndicated betting activity designed to exploit promotional offers (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "advantage play" where contrary to stated offer terms).
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity or that are being laundered through the Platform.
• Providing false personal information or identity documentation during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to access, probe or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure without authorisation.
• Engaging in any activity that 393bat reasonably believes constitutes match-fixing, insider information exploitation or corruption of any sporting event.
• Using the Platform where doing so is prohibited under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

11.1  393bat is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. Users are encouraged to gamble for entertainment purposes only and within financial means they can afford to lose.

11.2  The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users within their Account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on total deposited amounts.
• Loss limits — caps on total amounts that may be lost within a defined period.
• Session time reminders — notifications alerting you to the duration of your active session.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary Account restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent Account closure, available on request via the support team at any time.

12.1  All content on the 393bat Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, written copy, software, graphics, odds data and game content — is the exclusive property of 393bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

12.2  Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, publication or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

12.3  Any scraping, crawling, automated extraction or systematic copying of odds data, game information or Platform content is strictly prohibited.

13.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 393bat's aggregate liability to any User arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.2  393bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

13.3  393bat does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures or regulatory interventions may result in temporary unavailability. 393bat accepts no liability for losses alleged to have arisen from Platform downtime.

13.4  Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or restrict liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14.1  393bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage use or any other conduct harmful to the Platform, other users or third parties.

14.2  Where an Account is closed for non-breach reasons, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable bonuses and amounts under investigation) will be returned to the User via a payment method nominated by 393bat, subject to completed KYC verification.

14.3  Users may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed subject to any outstanding KYC requirements and the terms applicable to any active bonuses.

15.1  These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed. Specific details of the operator's licensing jurisdiction are available from the support team upon request.

15.2  In the event of any dispute between a User and 393bat, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication via the Platform's support channels. Formal dispute escalation procedures are available where direct resolution is not achieved — contact support for details.

15.3  These Terms do not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may hold under the applicable laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.

16.1  393bat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via a Platform notification or email to the address associated with your Account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or to address an urgent compliance, security or legal matter.

16.2  Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

16.3  The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page is the version currently in force.
